My background is economics and finance. My work is operational. That combination sits at a rare intersection: most AI thinking is either technical research disconnected from business reality, or shallow productivity content disconnected from strategy.

My current focus is Amplification Theory: an essay series on what happens to competitive advantage when intelligence becomes abundant.
